Article 37 of Law 19/2010, of December 22, on Financial Measures and the Creation of the Public Entity Agency for Innovation, Financing, and Business Internationalization of Castilla y León (an entity that was renamed Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León by virtue of the Twentieth Final Provision of Law 2/2017, of July 4, on Financial and Administrative Measures), establishes that the Institute’s objectives are to promote the competitiveness of the production system of Castilla y León, and to support and provide financial assistance to business innovation strategies.
