TE CUIDO (I TAKE CARE OF YOU): Technologies for Care.
Research for the integration of technological solutions for remote care and assistance from multi-service centers to people in vulnerable situations, is a collaborative project, coordinated by Cluster SIVI and with AEICE (Cluster Habitat and Efficient Construction), Fundación Santa María la Real, IDES, Blue Connecting Emotions, University of Valladolid and G33 Arquitectos as consortium partners. Objective
The TE CUIDO project proposes to investigate a model of social and health care for people in vulnerable situations who live alone, which can be managed from multi-service centres or other points of care, using the available technology integrated into a collaborative multi-support platform.
The new model will serve to care for people in vulnerable situations (elderly, dependent, chronically ill, etc.) especially in rural environments in their homes, curb unwanted loneliness, speed up the provision of services, identify and prevent cognitive impairment or other health problems, diversify social and health care (telecare), guarantee the way of life of users (prioritise the Person-Centred Model) and investigate the provisions housing buildings necessary for the optimization of the care of people in their homes.
Project supported by the October 2021 call, to support AAEEII of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU.
